User Manual
This scale has been calibrated prior to shipment, however, accuracy may be affected by variations of gravity, shipment, handling and changes of temperature. Protect the scale from excessive shock, overload, excessive temperature changes & humidity,Use only high quality batteries or an adaptor.
Capacity: 0 –150kg,200kg,300kg
Graduation: 0.05kg,0.1kg
Weighing Modes:KG, LB, OUNCE.
Operation:
l Place 4 pieces of AA size batteries into the scale batteries’ containers(both sides of the indicator) or connect an adaptor.
l Place the scale on a flat, hard, horizontal surface, Press ON/OFF button to turn on the scale.
l Wait until the LCD show 0.00 and the scale ready for weigh.
Errors:
l “E”/ no display, readjust scale placement or replace batteries.
l “H” weight overload.
Key functions:
l ON/OFF: turn on or turn off.
l MODE: weighing modes in cycle, lb-kg-oz.
l HOLD: Lock the weight on LCD.
l TARE: zero out the weight
l PCS: pieces calculation.
l C/R: There is 2 weighing method: one is for Animal, when the small triangle showing on the underline, this is to mean for animal weighing, when the animal on the platform, the small triangle continuing flashing, this is to mean: it is the exactly weight. (at the same time, LCD words without flashing).
When you press the C/R key again, the LCD will not show the small triangle, this is to mean: for parcel weighing.
SMALL TRIANGLE FOR : ANIMAL, WITHOUT SMALL TRIANGLE: FOR NORMAL PARCEL. (in cycle)
Calibration Instruction:
l Use your left hand finger press the MODE key and hold it (don’t loose it)
l Use your right hand finger press the ON/OFF key, until the LCD show: E-100
Release both fingers, the LCD will keep on E-100, on this stage, when you press the MODE key again, there will be show on: E-25, E-50, E-100.(in cycle)
l Place a standard calibration weight, E-25 to mean place a 25 kgs weight, E -50 to mean place a 50 kgs weight, E-100 to mean place a 100 kgs weight for calibration,
More weight More accurate.
l The LCD will show: “good”, and the scale will turn off automatically.
l Remove the weight from the platform and the calibraton is over.
