一、关于运费
本店消费满200元或购满5公斤产品视为批发，一件代发限地区包邮，批发不包邮，如果量多需发物流，请旺旺联系店主。量少则通过快递，量多通过物流操作。快递由卖家简单核算向商家汇报运费，物流以到付形式由买家负担。或者联系卖家补运费再发货。
二、关于收货
请买家本人在签收包裹时，当面核对无误后签名。收货时请仔细检查箱体四周，如发现外箱严重变形，破损，封箱包装带断裂缺损，封箱胶带不完整，有明显被拆封开启的痕迹务必当面拆箱验货！若有少货或破损，请先不要提走货物，在货运站哪里联络我们进行协商；经本人确认后可退回。一旦签收，本店概不负任何责任，敬请注意！他人签收后出现的问题也一样，因此请一定要本人签收！否则签收后视为无异议接受商品。
三、关于退换货
1、无质量问题退换货;
如果因买家个人原因需要退货的，如销量不好、没有想象中好，或者不会使用，买错等等非产品本身质量问题的原因，由于退回产品来回运输造成损坏损失较大，以上退货买家自行承担来回运费，如包邮物品，得扣取我们发货时候的运费.大于20kg的属于大量批发，因买家个人原因我们将不提供退换货哦。
2、质量问题退换货：
出现产品质量问题的，我们提供补发配件的服务，比如个别少件漏件的支持补发，不属于质量问题.具体联系在线客服协商，如果没有协商提前寄回退换货的，来回的运输费用均由买家承担.
3、在运输过程造成货损：
收货时请务必当着物流或快递人员的面拆箱检查，纸箱是有弹性的，玩具是没有弹性的，所以有可能会外箱不破损，内物破损，请务必验货后再签收。产品2%-5%损坏属于正常范围内，我们将提供补发配件修补的服务。运输是由第三方物流公司完成，非我们所能控制，运输时间受天气、车辆安排、交通条件等诸多因素的影响，不作为退货的理由。
以上条款，请仔细阅读，有任何问题，请联系我司客服。但是如果付款购买了我司货品，就表示您已经接受上述条款，无需双方另行签字盖章，如之后发生贸易纠纷，以上将作为解决纠纷的凭证。
