一、表面处理

◆打磨：
1、被粘物表面可适当进行打磨，表面粗糙度以0.75～2μm为宜。

2、若大于3.5μm，会使间隙过大而降低粘接强度。
◆涂促进剂
1、对于惰性或非金属表面的粘接应涂促进剂。
2、单面涂促进剂，干燥3～5分钟后再涂厌氧胶。
