1.将滤压壶和咖啡杯用热水温热。

2.拔出滤压壶的滤压组。倒掉滤压壶的水，在壶内放入20克左右的咖啡粉。

3.滤压壶呈45度斜放，将200ml, 95度左右的热水慢慢冲入，静置3—4 分种。

4.用竹棒搅拌咖啡粉让夹杂在其中的咖啡油脂浮上最上层。

5.套上滤压器组，轻轻下压到底，再将咖啡倒入温过的咖啡杯中即可！

6.添加你喜欢的奶也好,糖也好,一杯现磨咖啡也可以这样诞生了！

1,咖啡粉要稍微粗点(因为热水直接接触咖啡粉,太细了容易萃取过度)

2,一定要新鲜的咖啡粉,因为不是高压萃取, 陈咖啡粉的味道很容易就出来酸涩和焦苦了

3,静置的时间大概在3-4分钟。
